dan todd

Dan Todd is a British Landscape and Garden Designer based in Cumbria. He has been inspired by the landscape from a young age, brought up in the Cumbrian countryside the counties varied landforms and habitats influences his work and design process. During his GCSE’s, A levels and time at Carlisle College completed a Foundation Diploma in Art & Design he became inspired by Land Artists such as Andy Goldworthy, James Turrell, David Nash and Julie Brook which led to him creating his own artwork in the local countryside. Dan then joined Wildroof Landscapes as a Garden Landscaper for a number of years in-between traveling the length and breadth of New Zealand, international volunteering in Nicaragua and attending Leeds Beckett University. He graduated from Leeds Beckett University in 2021 with a First Class Honours in BA (Hons) Landscape Architecture and Design. Upon graduating Dan worked as a Design Consultant for Buzy Lizzie Garden Design which gave him the opportunity to work alongside a professional Garden Designer on a wide range of projects from concept to completion.

Dan established his business in June 2022, to peruse his passion for quality Landscape & Garden design.
